Founded in 1981, Inter-Neighborhood Foundation of Wilmington (INF) is a Wilmington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to build better neighborhoods through physical improvement of homes and surroundings and by promoting and strengthening home ownership. INF was created to insure the residential and communal integrity of the areas it serves; to eliminate blight; to prevent the displacement of residents with limited means; and to promote and influence social, cultural, and economic diversity within its service area.
